Slipknot Concert!

Wednesday = best night of my life.

Honestly, Slipknot always puts on a good show especially the the two times I've seen them before this but, this time we  were pretty close to Slipknot and I could see actual people on stage. I hate Jersey and PNC, but one good thing is from the seats you can pretty much see the band  from anywhere relatively good. I, of course, spent $86 a ticket and got the best seats possible... I was at the end of the row too. It was annoying at times when people walked up and down... like fucking Slipknot is the on fucking stage were the fuck are  you going? Why are you here if you're going to miss parts of the show? What kind of Slipknot fan are you? I refuse to move the hour and 30 mins that they are on stage for. I fucking refuse.

The love of my life, Corey Taylor

They are just amazing. My band just shits all over your favorite band. The opening just kills me. If you have seen Slipknot live, you know that there is always a curtain covering the stage and you stand there for two mins while the intros play. My heart was beating out of my chest and I was shaking. I can't even explain to you the anticipation they create. I swear to god they'd be the death of me. Finally, you could see their shadows in the curtain and it started to rise... I just fucking died.

Tribute to Paul Gray
For those of you who don't know, each member of The Knot has a number... obviously Paul was #2

They got to play more songs that they have been during the Mayhem festival because they only have an hour to play. So, we got to hear songs like Gently, Sulfur, Vermilion, and Everything Ends which I was very happy about. I absolutely died when they came back on stage for the encore and started playing Snuff as a tribute to the late Paul Gray. I fucking love that song, I can't believe they played it!!! And of course, they continued with their two famous anthems People=Shit and Surfacing. Joey Jordison did his drum trick which amazes me every time I see it live (it's been three time so far).

I keep watching the videos I recorded. I didn't want that night to end. I want to go back to Wednesday seriously. It is amazing how one band can uplift your mood so much by just one night. I love this band more than you know. I'm so happy I finally got to see them again after four long years of waiting.
